Health reflection :Cup Challenge

Cup Challenge:

In this lesson we did a cup challenge/game in which we had our tables split and at a distance. Our aim was to get the cups from one side to the other side without touching it with our hands. We got given a rubber-band which has 4 strings attached to it for us to hold from to help get the cups to the other side.

In today's lesson the interpersonal skills I used were verbal, non-verbal and active listening. These skills helped me communicate with my group better although we did not win I think we did a pretty good job together. I worked with Alazae, Enosh and Kurt which was a pretty successful team(in my opinion).

These were the results.

I believe that I worked at level 4 today because I participated, did my work well and cooperated with my team well.

If I were to do 'The Cup Challenge/game' again I would give warm fuzzies and tell myself and everyone to calm down and not stress too much about it.
